Ozark Chorale Spring Concert 2019

Concert Description

The Ozarks Chorale’s 2019 Spring Concert was a crowning moment, capping off their successful 2018 – 2019 season. Song selections ranged from contemporary popular music, such as Being’ Green, to Come, ye Sons of Art – celebrating Queen Mary’s birthday in 1694. Alexis Jayroe (who began singing with the Chorale when she was in high school) was a guest soloist and sang The Queen of the Night aria from The Magic Flute. Jerritt Burk lead the Chorale in singing Jambo, a lively song from Kenya. Each selection featured the group’s well-known “Ozarks Chorale Sound” – the lovely blend of voices that love to sing.
